Recognizing that "self-care" is not a one-size-fits-all approach to recovery, we empower you to record, create, and share your own health stories. Our app offers the following features to support you on this journey:

• Track everything: Our app provides multiple screens and options for tracking everything from appointments, medications and their frequencies, symptoms, moods, daily vitals, and more. Whether you want to document how a certain food affected you, record how a procedure made you feel, or keep tabs on your daily pulse, our app has got you covered.
• Join a supportive community: You're never alone. Our app features a highly supportive and engaging healthcare community comprised of individuals with similar conditions. If you want to share your experiences, ask questions, or simply need a pick-me-up, reach out to the community members - they'll remind you that you have all the support you need. Additionally, you can create your own circle of support consisting of peers, caregivers, and loved ones to share your progress within these groups.
• Health Progress: Not only can you track your data in one place, but you can also easily access all of your past data to compare and understand how you're currently doing. You can even download your personalized data as a CSV or PDF file to share with your doctor, caregiver, or keep for your own records. Connect with Apple HealthKit to consolidate all of your important health data in one place and visualize your steps, sleep, heart rate, and other health metrics.
• Medical Treatment Adherence: To recover faster, we recommend setting personal reminders for everything. These reminders can be customized to any desired time interval, ensuring that you follow your healthcare regimen as precisely as possible.
• Self Reflection: Our app is not just for tracking health and symptoms - we also encourage you to document your daily feelings using the journal tool. The expression of your thoughts is equally important on the road to recovery, and by jotting down your thoughts daily, you'll gain better insight into your progress.
